Know Your Rights Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and jili23 ("jili23", "we", "us", "the platform"), accessible at jili23.best. By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting activity on jili23, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on jili23, including but not limited to online Poker, Pusoy, Bingo, sports betting (NBA, MMA, Boxing, and other covered events), tournament play, promotional programmes, and the Refer a Friend scheme. Additional product-specific rules may apply and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you are accessing jili23 on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and use jili23, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Jili23 strictly prohibits gambling by minors. Age verification may be required at registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be excluded from gaming activity by any self-exclusion order, court order, or regulatory restriction.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law or the law of your jurisdiction.

Jili23 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or location at any time. Where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, jili23 may suspend or close the account and withhold any funds pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

Each member may hold only one account on jili23. Creating duplicate, secondary, or ghost accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other details requested. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false information at any stage is a breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Jili23 will never ask for your password via any communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact jili23 support immediately at support@jili23.best.

All activity conducted from your account — including bets placed, games entered, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility. Jili23 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on jili23 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

Key transaction rules:

• Minimum deposit: ₱50. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱100. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions for verified accounts using GCash or Maya. Bank transfers via InstaPay/PESONet may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving bank.
• Jili23 reserves the right to request supporting documents — including government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering and fraud prevention measure.
• Deposits made via bonus promotional codes or that are subject to wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until the relevant wagering conditions are satisfied. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• Jili23 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may impose their own fees, which are your responsibility.

Jili23 reserves the right to delay, freeze, or reverse a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the account will be reviewed and the member will be informed of the reason for the hold within a reasonable timeframe.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Jili23 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, rakeback, reload bonuses, cashback, tournament overlays, and the Refer a Friend programme. The following general rules apply to all promotions unless otherwise explicitly stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus credit is subject to wagering requirements before it can be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period or the bonus will expire.
• One bonus per promotion: Each promotional offer is available once per member, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Jili23 reserves the right to determine whether multiple accounts are linked for the purposes of this rule.
• Eligible games: Not all games may contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game type are listed in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable: Bonus credit cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting the stated conditions.
• Maximum bet restriction: While bonus funds are active, maximum bet limits per hand or spin may apply. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Refer a Friend: The Refer a Friend programme is governed by its own specific terms accessible on the Refer a Friend page. General principles: both referrer and referee must be genuine, separately registered individuals. Self-referrals are prohibited.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game entries placed on jili23 are final once confirmed. Cancellation or amendment of a confirmed bet is not possible except in circumstances expressly provided for in these Terms or in product-specific rules.

Specific rules that apply across all jili23 products:

• Minimum and maximum stakes vary by game and market. Current limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet or entering a game.
• Insufficient funds: If your account balance falls below the required buy-in or stake at the time of confirmation, the bet or game entry will not be accepted. Ensure your balance is sufficient before confirming.
• Technical faults: In the event of a verified technical fault affecting the outcome of a game or bet, jili23 reserves the right to void and refund the affected bets. This determination is made solely by jili23 based on server records.
• Sports betting settlement: Sports bets are settled based on official results as announced by the relevant governing body. Jili23's settlement decisions on disputed outcomes are final.
• Postponed or cancelled events: Bets on events that are cancelled before commencement are voided and stakes returned. Postponed events follow the specific settlement rules stated in the sportsbook product rules.
• Poker hand histories: Jili23 maintains server-side records of all poker hands. These records are the authoritative source of truth in any dispute regarding a hand outcome.

The random number generator (RNG) used in all jili23 card and table games is certified by independent third-party auditors. Outcomes are statistically random and not influenced by any party.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jili23 and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Any member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and may forfeit all balances:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Providing false registration information including name, age, or contact details
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other game
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tool to interact with jili23 games or betting markets
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage — any bugs discovered must be reported to support immediately
• Attempting to launder money or use jili23 for any illegal financial activity
• Bonus abuse including chip dumping, reverse bonus hunting, or coordinating promotional claims across multiple accounts
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing other members or jili23 staff through any platform communication channel
• Attempting to circumvent any geo-restriction, account suspension, or platform security measure

Jili23 employs fraud detection, pattern analysis, and compliance monitoring tools that operate continuously. Suspected violations are investigated thoroughly before any account action is taken.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on jili23 — including but not limited to the jili23 brand name, logo, platform design, game software, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jili23 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use jili23 for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activity in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jili23 content without prior written permission.

9 Privacy & Data

Jili23 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at /privacy-policy. By registering on jili23, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that document.

Data collected by jili23 is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, marketing communications (where you have opted in), and regulatory compliance. Jili23 does not sell personal data to third parties.

You have rights under applicable Philippine data privacy law including the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data. Contact support@jili23.best to exercise these rights.

10 Responsible Gaming

Jili23 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. Gaming is intended as entertainment. It is not a reliable method of generating income and should never be pursued as one.

Tools available to all jili23 members at no cost through Account Settings:

• Deposit limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can fund your account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders — Receive notifications after a set duration of active gaming.
• Self-exclusion — Exclude yourself from jili23 for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or indefinitely. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality check — Periodic prompts during active sessions that display session duration and net gaming activity.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jili23 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of jili23
• Loss of profits, winnings, or opportunity arising from technical downtime, service interruption, or communication failure
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension or termination for breach
• Actions or content of third-party payment providers, software suppliers, or any party outside jili23's direct operational control

Jili23 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect availability. Jili23 will attempt to provide reasonable advance notice of planned downtime where possible.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter that cannot be limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Account Termination

You may close your jili23 account at any time by contacting support at support@jili23.best. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.

Jili23 may suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms
• Jili23 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
• Regulatory or legal requirements compel jili23 to do so

In cases of termination for breach, jili23 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where investigation confirms no wrongdoing, verified real-money funds will be returned.

13 Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms and your use of jili23 are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be addressed through jili23's internal dispute resolution process:

1. Submit your complaint in writing to support@jili23.best with full details of the disputed transaction or event.
2. Jili23's support team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a resolution within 14 calendar days.
3. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the matter in writing to the jili23 compliance team. A final determination will be issued within 30 calendar days of escalation.

Jili23's server records, game logs, and transaction histories are the authoritative source of evidence in all dispute proceedings. If you believe there is an error in these records, you must raise it at the time of submitting your complaint with supporting documentation.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Jili23 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via the contact details on file (typically via SMS or in-platform notification) at least 7 days before they take effect, where practicable.

Continued use of jili23 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
